What started as a mastermind quickly became something much greater—an evolving space where we thrived individually and collectively. Dr. Ruchi Puri, MD
Dr. Ruchi Puri MD Msc FACOG PMH-C is a Bay Are based Ob/Gyn whose work centers around supporting women to have a transformative experience with their reproductive health transitions.
Her expertise is at the intersection of Medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Perinatal & Birth Psychology, Trauma and is Spiritually informed. Her approach is an integration of the many modalities of healing she has studied. It is in service to women who want to embody wellness and vitality during puberty, conception, pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood and menopause.
She is the creator of Be•ology, a holistic health paradigm and offers private consultations, on-line classes, and group support through www.ruchipuri.com.
Dr. Carrie Barlow
Dr. Carrie Barlow practiced conventional Family Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine for 16 years. During that time she realized there was more to health and healing than what she learned in medical school, so Dr. Carrie became board certified in Integrative Medicine. In addition she is certified as a Chopra Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, 6 Steps to Self-Healing certified provider, yoga instructor, Reiki master, Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, Master Certified Trauma Informed Coach and a Positivity Practitioner. Improving and maintaining well-being continues to be Dr. Carrie’s passion, and she enjoys using her toolbox of techniques to give individualized integrative recommendations to her patients. Ewelina Bindarowska
Ewelina is an ACC-credentialed, trauma-informed Intentional Creativity Coach, Wayfinder, Internal Family Systems Practitioner, and mission-driven Holistic Business Coach. With a unique blend of corporate consulting experience and creative, holistic life coaching expertise, I guide my clients through deeply transformative and practical journeys of growth and empowerment.
My coaching approach integrates creative practices to unlock inner wisdom, Wayfinder tools to align with a life of meaning and integrity, and a trauma-informed Internal Family Systems methodology to facilitate profound, lasting change. Through this multidimensional approach, I help clients navigate transitions, overcome internal barriers, and step fully into their purpose with confidence and clarity.
I am also a fellow traveler on this journey of life—committed to living wholeheartedly, embracing each experience as an opportunity for deeper understanding of self and others. Kristen Burge, JD, MA, CM/F
Kristen has worked with and served Indigenous communities throughout her professional career in the areas of law, mediation, and more recently, trauma-informed approaches for healing and wellness.
Kristen is a Certified Internal Family Systems (“IFS”) Practitioner with the IFS Institute, with nearly 400 hours of IFS training in Levels 1, 2, and 3 and IFS couples and relational work (Intimacy from the Inside Out” or "IFIO"). She has served as a Program Assistant for IFS Institute Level 1 and Level 2 trainings, is on staff for IFIO trainings, and has received a Certificate in Clinical Applications of IFS Therapy from the Adler Graduate Professional School. Kristen incorporates somatic and group work in her practice and has participated in an IFS Healing Circles workshop, Somatic IFS retreats, and is currently training in Somatic Experiencing. Kristen is passionate about the profound healing that is possible with the IFS model for individuals as well as groups and communities, and she appreciates its respectful and collaborative approach, including integration of legacy and cultural aspects, especially in working with Indigenous communities.
She is inspired by the tremendous potential of IFS and IFIO for mediation, conflict resolution, and relationship building in light of the deepening polarizations witnessed throughout our society, and she remains hopeful in working towards a shift from an adversarial paradigm to one of collaboration and respect for all peoples.

Launched Mastering Self Love in 2022, after writing my second book, which I chose not to publish, it was just for me.
I worked with Dr. Lissa Rankin in a year long mentorship program and began Mastermind Groups in 206-2017 and still continue to grow.
I am writing my next book about Love ~~~~
She leads meditations about Love and host discussions about How Big Love Really Is.
